Stuck Stuck Stuck

Ugh. I've been stuck on 165 for what seems like forever! Since I stopped nursing I dropped my cals down to 1,500 and I do some cardio every day for 20 mins. And nothing I'm doing is making it come off. I've been stuck at 165 since the end of May and it's soooo frustrating. Sorry just need to vent/ yell/ get advice, lol.

The only thing that ever helped me lose weight was logging calories and they have a board of new mommas that are tryin to lose weight too.

Try changing things up. Your body may have gotten used to the routine and is settled. If you try a week or two of every other day for a bit and doing more one day and less another for cardio ...then get back into a swing it may kick it back into gear!

Yep yep, up your time. I am doing at least an hours worth of running with some walking thrown in now and try to do it at least 5-6 days a week. It's helping me a lot. I've dropped 12 pounds since April. If I did WW combined I bet I would be at my pre-preg weight by now, but eh... I am trying to take things slowly.

Well during the semester I was working out about that much b/c I could use the gym at school for free and I dropped the weight pretty quickly... so I got a membership to the local gym and hopefully I can get back in the swing of things. I'm happy I haven't gained anymore weight in that period of time, though just think it's crappy that I plataued, lol.

if your workout plateaus-- you plateau.

keep adding intestity and time to them and you will see and feel the results.
