Weird pulsing sensation

Ok ladies, I have a question I am hoping someone can answer for me. I will be 38 weeks tomorrow and I starting having a pulsing type of sensation in the top of my belly today. Went to the Dr's Thursday and they said I was a lil over 50% thinned out (effaced) and not dialated yet. All was looking good and they would see me in a week for my next appointment. I know this is not hiccups, I've felt those before, what this actually reminds me of is like a fast breathing that I can feel through my belly, is that possible? Is it good? He's still moving around and kicking too....someone's got to know what this is?!!

You have a artery that you runs out from your below your rib cage and to the left a bit. When your not pregnant, if you push on it you can feel your pulse. When I was pregnant I could feel it quite well - the doc said that sometimes, with the added pressure from the baby, and the less room being available, that it makes it really noticable. If you put one hand on there and one hand on another pulse point and there are in sync that might be what your feeling.

LOL, never thought of that, but it's too steady I do believe to be that. My husband would enjoy the idea tho.

It is impossible for it to be farting as that would require air to do, which there is none in their system yet...
