please help....

Ok.. I'm 17 and i think i might be pregnant. My periods are already irregular (as in sometimes i skip a month) so its already hard to tell there. I made the mistake of having unprotected sex and I just don't know how to tell my parents if the test shows up positive. My mom told me she was going to kick me out if I am pregnant and is convinced I will drop out of school because of it. I know there are alot of people out there who either are going through this or already have. Even if I am pregnant, I'm not sure what to do. I REFUSE to have an abortion. It was my mistake and i refuse to use an abortion as an easy way out. But enough about that.. Any advice on how to go about this?

Get a positive test first. Then go from there.

find out for certian if you are pregnant then take the right actions after that...

please take a test.  
i only say this because, you can seriously be stressing nothing vs. a BIG something.

Take a test, is common sense really that hard?? Don't stress until the test is positive.

TAKE A TEST!!!!!!!    

The only way to know is to take a test...we can't help you in that department. If you're pregnant you need to grow up real fast and tell your mom, it's hard, but you knew the consiquences of having sex. If you're not, get on some B/C. Best of luck.

i actually posted this as the test was processing... this is the second test i've taken. The first was negative, but after not having a period last month i decided to take another. this one was negative with a faint positive line. should i go to the doctor or take another at home test? i mean this is the first time i've ever gone through this so i'm not really sure at all what to do.

a positive line (no matter how faint) is a positive test

Yep go to the doc then. They can do a blood test and confirm if you are or arent.

now make an appt. they say that usually even if the line is faint that you are pregnant. im speaking from personal expierence as well

ya.... i know i probably sound really stupid. lol. but i'm more dissapointed in myself that i let this happen. but everyone makes mistakesi guess. i guess i just have to make the best of this one. i dont have alot of money though... can i go to somewhere like planned parenthood to get the blood test done?

you can get free tests from family planning clinics....
dont regret what youve done because you cant change it now....

No matter how faint the line if it is there it is there! Go to the Dr, and about telling your parents....be mature about it! when do you turn 18? and are you still with the guy?

Most health departments will give u a free test if u let them know that u dont have the funds to pay for it!!!!
