Nausea at 30 weeks??

So, like many of us, I had horrible nausea my first trimester, but my 2nd trimester it all went away and I have been doing great since. I have only thrown up about 4 times my ENTIRE life, so I mostly just FELT like I was going to for the pregnancy. I only threw up (vomiting) once or twice I think. Mostly it's just feeling like I have to. But I haven't had that for months. NOW all of a sudden today I feel really nauseous. Which... for me... is very very weird since I never get that way. I can usually 'talk' myself out of it, or sleep it out or something. I feel weird.. not hungry, nauseous, hot w/ No fever, just very uncomfortable. can't sleep.... anyone else have this?!?! Or am I just losing my mind? I just ate a cold apple, hoping that will help the nausea, might consider triyng to eat something small in a little bit. Just wanted to know if anyone else is 30 weeks + and having nausea issues and what it means  

Do you have any other symptoms? Like swelling, or back/chest pain?..

I am not 30 weeks or anything... but i have read in my pregnancy books that nausea can come back in the third trimester... so I would think it is just pregnancy stuff

i didn thave any nausea my entire pregnancy until my 3rd trimester and my Dr said that it was from soemthing that the baby lays on that makes you feel like that.

i was that way with my pregnancy. i was sick all the way up to like 22 weeks and then it went away and came back around 28 or so and then all through my 3rd trimester i had it bad. =/ ugh... it is normal for it to come back during the 3rd trimester. sorry hun, trust me it goes by fast from this point! 

i was fine my whole pregnancy and now that im nearing the end i feel like i have the flu constantly. Im tired 24/7, i cant eat because im so nauseous and dont even get me started on the diarrhea

No, not really. I mean, the back pain is there constantly. But I don't think I have any swelling or anything like that. It's just SO miserable! Worse enough you're counting down the last few weeks, trying to get his feet out of your ribs, feeling like a whale, sleeping 14 hours a night, taking naps during the day, and nesting. Just sucks so bad to have the nausea... definitely something I was happy to be rid of!!

Yea, I suppose it can suck!

It can be pretty normal.. but coupled with other symptoms, it is not normal..

Yeah it really sucks I've been nauseas through all my pregancy!!
