38 weeks and no symptoms

Is it normal to be 38 weeks and still show no signs of labor in the future? I don't even think I've had B.H. contractions!And I went to the doctor Monday and I'm not dilated at all. Does this mean that I might go way past my due date ? Or can the labor just come out of nowhere without any early signs? I know I still have a couple weeks but it just seems like I'm the only one that hasn't even had B.H. yet.

Labor can definately come out of no where. One minute nothing and the next minute your in extreme pain!

Each woman is different, some may be in early labor for weeks before they are ready to push out that baby. Others it may come fast and quickly
