military mommies

does anyone seem to have a problemwith a bf or husband that isnt military when it comes to drill or having to go away for a week for trining or some other kind of mission?
my bf gets so mad....and now i have to go from this thursday for IWQ on friday and drill over the weekend and the following week i have a class on a new hearing program we have to learn (im a medic)....so im gonna be gone for 8 days and hes just freakin out on me....hes so mad, he told me just not to talk to him the rest of the day....its not even like i want to be gone at all, but i have too this will be my first time back at drill or anything since i had my baby.. plus we need the money bad..it isnt much i know, but with me not working and being a sahm most of the time money is always so tight. i do have to go 5 hours from home...thats where my unit is though.....
