Urge to pee=contraction?

I am 34 weeks 6 days and have to pee like every 15-30 min(maybe sooner)literally. However, every time I have to pee my stomach get really hard and tight as well. It will stay that way until I go. My stomach does it all day but it is usually more intense when I have to pee. I was wondering if this is something that happens to everyone or is there something more to what is happening.

Whenever you are having a contraction..
If your bladder is holding urine they will be more intense
