I will be so pissed if this actually happened!! Dis-engaged?

Last night I was almost asleep and the baby did something really big!! My vagina has felt different ever since, like lighter almost. I was having vaginal twinges all day yesterday so I was happy hoping it was my cervix thinning and dilating some more. So I'm afraid the little jerk has dis-engaged his head. Anyone else have your baby do this? I don't see the doc again until Tuesday and I know it's going to drive me crazy!! I almost want to check myself and see if his head is still in there. Everyone says not too though because it can cause an infection.....which I was wondering in that case......it's probably dangerous to masterbate or have sex too.

Doctors tell you to have sex to relax your cervix so i doubt it will matter.. .plus the only way i'd be really worried is if you went up to high and poked your sac thing.

Make sure that your hands are clean..
I touched my babies head yesterday and I told my doc about it
She said that it doesnt matter as long as its clean
Seriously if it would hurt him.. I think a long hard penis would hurt worse..

Checking yourself won't cause an infection just as long as you wash your hands (primarily under your fingernails) and be very careful. I checked myself with my first, but now my stomach is too big...I can barely reach my crotch (sorry tmi). lol Just call your doctor or your doc's nurse and ask them if it would be ok and make sure you know how. I've heard of babies dropping and then undropping...I've been so scared that mine will decide against it and back out. lol But I heard that its not very common for them to do that.

unless your dr has advised pelvic rest or your bag of waters has broke you can have sex as long as you want

I believe I say thigns like "This little fucker is making my tummy hurt." All the time. She basically said it in the same term. I hate drama filled people.
