Quoting Noah.:“ I know that was painful. My mother had 27 stitches with me and she was in a lot of pain for a long time. ... [snip!] ... thing that hurt (and still does) is my back where I had the epi. Some days it hurts where I have trouble getting out of bed.”
I know how your mother felt. It really did suck. I didn't have any drugs with either of my boys...with Ravyn, I didn't need them, and with William, I was begging for drugs but they wouldn't giveany to me because I was sitting at 3cm, than jumped straightto 10cm in a matter of 5 minutes. It sucked. Ironically enough, my labour with Ravyn was 31 hours long and I was fine, mylabour with William was 4 1/2 hours long and I thought I was going to die! Lol
I don't think they do epidurials where I am, unless you are getting a c-section.
I heard that having an epi done hurts.
