double strollers

i will have a newborn and a 22 month old.... any suggestions on strollers?

this is the one I have on my registry.. If I don't get it from baby shower I'll be buying it myself.. Its very smooth riding and when the seats go back, the foot rests do as well. The seats come off and can also be postioned different ways..

Not sure if price is an issue but I love my Phil and Teds. It is the best double stroller I ever tried. I have tried them all between my sisters they have them all.

ooh thats a sexy stroller... lol... will a big toddler fit comfortably in it though? and hows the newborn positioning... and will it fit in a small trunk? thanks, i have lots of requirements... lol.

I did not really like that one. I did not like the fact to fold it up you have to take off the front seat. Its also over 40 lbs that just seemed like so much weight. I loved the Graco over the Contors.

right now i have the red one above on my registery.... but ive heard its quite bulky and i have a very small car....   and i heard toddlers are too large to fit comfortably.... that perhaps its more for twins.

I fit it in my ford focus sp? here are some pictures of my daughter in it. Someone here wanted to see how to car seat would fit so They have the car seat in the pictures with my daughter. The car seat is a Graco Safe seat. It is wider and longer then all other car seats besides the Chicco 30. My daughter is 26 lbs and 31 inchs tall. I have also had my neice in the big part who is 40 lbs and about 4.5 years old she fit fine in it and seened comfy.

Here is also one that shows how much room the infant int he car seat has. It looks like a little but is really a good amount of room. This is looking down with the infant seat in the back.

I've got 1 of the Graco double strollers, and I love it! I bought it almost 10 months ago and paid only like $150 for it an I use it everyday!! My son fits in it soo comfortably and with plenty more growing room and he's almost 20 months! There's a huge compartment on the bottom and it fits sooo much. I used to walk down to the supermarket and do all my food shopping and fit 90% in the bottom of it!! It's really easy to fold up and should fit in your trunk fine, I have a tiny trunk also. I just have to take the tray off the front before I put it in, but it snaps right off and takes no extra time or anything. It's really easy. I'm going to be using it still when my newest little one arrives (pregnant with my 3rd and my son will be almost 2 1/2 years old an my daughter 18 months when the new baby is born) Another kind of stroller that ould be great for you is 1 of the sit and stand strollers. I would of got one if my son was older when my daughter was born, but he wasn't even walking at the time.. I dont know how much you would be using it or if your lil one likes to walk a lot, but I think they have double carraiges that turn into a single carraige ith the little platform thing on the back so your toddler can walk, or if they get tired, theres still a place for them to sit.
