Maybe an odd question.

So, before I got pregnant I was TOTALLY dreading my birthday. I will be 20 in August and I was realllllllly freaked out about it. There's so much I screwed up on in my teens and so much stuff that I was forced to deal with and experience. I felt like that part of my life was so incomplete and coming to and end. Well now in the past week, and since I am pregnant I feel completely the opposite, I am sooooo excited about it now! My question is, and I know this is more of an opinion question rather than anything else but is it because my birthday is getting sooner (August 29th) and I have accepted it, or is it because I'm hormonal and pregnant?

Maybe some of you ladies have experienced this or just an opinion. I'm bored and felt like posting, and curious as to what everyone else thinks   Cheers!

I think 20 was a ehhh birthday... but at the same time a shitty one lol.
Youre no longer a teenager- so you cant blame being stupid on that anymore (I was the queen of "eh what do you expect, i'm 18" lol). And youre not old enough to drink yet. 20 was pretty uneventful.

my 20th birthday wasn't important to me, it became important when i found out i was pregnant because i look like a f***ing 15 year old! and when people saw my belly they would ask OMG HOW OLD ARE YOU??? and if i said 19 i got the look like it was the end of the world and "you're sooo young, poor thing"   but when i said i was 20 people were more OK with the fact that i was pregnant, they would just say "OHH i thought you where younger..."

Im a big girl too so i feel ya!! But trust me, there are advantages to not showing as early!!

And I usually started showing at 6 months. I went from fat to preggo like overnight lol

I def missed being 19 when I turned 20. It was like "Yay! I made it anothe ryear. But Oh No! I'm not a young teen anymore!"
