so im starting havign contractions every like4 min all dau mostly we went to the hospital and they said im still onlu 1cm uh....
they sent us home and said try and sleep.... sleep with pain through the bodu.. yeah righ

Well they ask you to sleep so you can recharge for when the 'worse' contractions come because you would need your energy then..so get a heat pack, and put it where its sore and try and sleep as long as you can so tomorrow you will be ready for battle. Assuming its not braxton hicks.

try to get a bite to eat and some sleep your going to need energy i went to the hosp. with my 1st around 8am only dialated 1 came home i was back in there at 7pm dialated 3 1/2 and they kept me.
