Measuring?

Did anyone ever have their doctor stop measuring their stomach? At my 37w5d appointment was the last time my doctor measured it & I'm not sure why. Anyone know??

Also, I keep getting a sharp pain in my right side of my stomach & in my lower back. Any ideas on that? I have been having contractions but they aren't timeable, just kind of all over (which is pissing me off).

at my 36 week they said between the 37th-40th week its so flip floppy they dont even bother..because the fluid is always changing

My doctor measured up until the end.

I don't know. Some probably don't because it's not really important anymore. They are basically as big as they are going to get. Mine still did at my last appt. (35 weeks). I guess I'll see if he stops.

My doc. just measured me at my 34 wks. appnt. and i only think she did b/c i asked her too, otherwise....she isn't the most informative person,and i have another appnt july 7th so we'll see if she does
