I dont know whats going on

For a couple hours Ive been having likde really bad pain in my ovaries...im not on my period, and its stabbing pain...anyone ever have this?

could possibly be ovulation pains (mittelschmerz). I started getting them after my miscarriage and I honestly thought I was miscarrying again. Nothing to worry about. If your period comes in 14 days, that's what it is!  

could be cramps.. idk.. you can have an u/s done if your concerned

I seriously had them all the time pre-pregnancy. Always on my left...I did ask my doc what was up he never explained exactly what they were but said it was normal for a lot of women. They usually came around my period time, so it might be the ovulation thing the other lady said.

It's possible. You just had a baby so your body is still trying to figure itself out. My ovulation pains alternate each month (like they should), are closer to your pelvic bone (where your ovaries are) and they range from intense twinges to full-on cramps.

Give your doc a call on Monday and mention it.

maybe.. i had an u/s due to extremely heavy bleeding and some pain.. turned out i had cysts on my ovaries

I had that kind of pain a lot...and turned out I had ovarian cysts...

My paps never came back abnormal...generally when they do your paps they don't check your ovaries, I don't think...but I really don't know a lot. And my doctor said they can't remove them...all they can do for you is give you pain medication or you can take tylenol or whatever it is that you take...
So basically I was told you just have to deal with the pain...and it's not fun, at all...especially if one ruptures.....I'm not entirely sure what causes cysts and all of that stuff...but yeah.

its like a blood clot or something my dr said that mine werent bad enough to remove so i dont think its anything that major
