GRRRRR...

I just got my schedule....10.75 hrs. WTF?!?! Do they think I can support a child on that?

Good thing my fiance got his job.

trust me i know what you mean.. i had to quit my job back in December because they dropped my hours from 32 1/2 - 40 hours a weeks down to 5-9 hours a week after they found out i was pregnant.. you may want to look into weither or not your job has ins restrictions if you dont work some many hours.. becuase i found out after i quit that my job was required to give you ins papers to fill out if you kept 20 hours a week.. so thats why they dropped my hours..they didnt want to give pregnant people a chance to get ins..

Oh believe me, if this happens next week, I will. I had to tell them that I could only work from 5pm to midnight on weekdays but come on...just 2 days?

That sucks! I hate when jobs do that. That's why I just went out and got a full time job. I was working parttime at The Children's Place, but was hardly getting any hours at all. I start on Monday and am so nervous because for 2 weeks I have to do during the day training.

Even my brother in law who works for the post office ahd his ours cut. It's happening to everyone almost everywhere...welcome to the recession ladies!!

Im actually thinking of applying at the bank for the day hours. My friends mom said if we ever needed her to babysit, she would do it. And the bank is in walking distacnce so it seems perfect.
