Cops in my neighborhood.

so, it's almost midnight, and about a half hour ago my dogs started going crazy. I walked to the front of my house and realized there are 5 cop cars on my street. About 4 of the cops on foot with flash lights looking in my neighbors' back yard and through their windows. This is the third time today they have been in the neighborhood the first two times they were talking to the neighbors directly across the street. In the past month they've been to that same house countless times. I'm really starting to get freaked out.
