help!!

im 33 weeks now and for about a week now i get pains in my lower body, mostly legs. When I stand its very hard to walk without pain but gos away after a while.... what could this be??

it could be your siatic (sp) nerve being close to your due date and the baby being bigger the baby usually pinches it and it does hurt really bad. i couldn't walk when my daughter was pinching mine.

my sister was telling me that, but she said her pain was limited to her butt...so im not sure

Mine is in my lower back, but and leg and usually one side or the other

it most likely is the sciatic, do you have any advise to ease the pain

The pain from the sciatic nerve can be in your butt and runs down your leg. I just asked the doc about this at my appt on Thursday and she said to take a warm shower or bath. You could also apply a heating pad (not too hot). She said to stretch and arching your back like a cat might help. Basically, it will go away after delivery but be a pain in your butt (literally) until then.
