Its possible that she is running out of room, does she move if you poke your tummy.

yes- im sure your baby is just fine. when i was prego with my son I noticed the SAME thing and paniced also.., heres what to do: drink some orange juice ( or cran... something with some energy) and go lie COMPLETLY still on your LEFT side ( thats the only side you should b laying on anyways for circulatory reasons) and count EVERY movement.., they all count.., if you dont feel 10 in an hour go to the er and they will send you up to labor n delv. n do a NST test.., but IM SURE you will feel 10 moven=ments when you focus only on that and NOTHING else! I always did.., also your baby could b getting head down now.. dont panic!! lmk how you end up!

This happened to me too in the 7th month. My sister told me that they have their own personalities. Maybe your little girl is just tired or wants to be lazy for a few days. My little guy didn't kick for a few days i went crazy with worry. try drinking a glass of water, or oj, and laying on your back. She should kick or something within the hour.

left side is better to lay on. my doc told me just to lay on my back though. but the juice thing should really work!

it is very possible that she is running out of space. I am 7 months prego and my baby girl has stopped moving as much. i was told by ob when i asked her about it on monday that it has something to do with my uterus is growing faster than baby at this point. but when i hit 30 weeks that she will start up again more. Hope all is well.

whenever i lay on my right side, my boy kicks like crazy.
So drink something with sugar, or caffeine and lay back and just try to close out your pulse and breathing (don't stop both.. you need those) and just wait for off beat bumps or the pulling feeling you get when she moves. If that doesn't calm you, go to the ER or call your Doc. You have every right to do either, you're watching for your baby's well being. And if it is that you have to deliver, your baby has a good chance of surviving. Stressing may also make her not want to move, so try to calm down and stuff.

I am just so scared right now. I have an appointment on Tuesday... And like I am always stressed out. So could that be another reason??

Yup. My baby kicks when i'm sad, stays still when i'm mad, or stressed (it's like he can tell it might make me mad, even though it doesn't) and when i'm happy, he kicks up a storm. She could be doing the same thing. So watch a chick flick, listen to some good music, and take your mind off of it, and she might move around. Just think positive, everything should be fine. I'm pretty sure it is.

This happened to me when I was 7-8 months pregnant and I panicked and went to the emergency room. As soon as they hooked me up to the machines and blew a horn next to my stomach he started kicking. The nurse said he was moving I was probably too busy to notice because it wasn't like the usual movements. I am sure the baby is fine, But you can never be too sure so if you need to get it checked out go ahead because I wasn't at ease until I knew for sure.

How far from the ER do you live? mine's in walking distance (kinda... 45 minutes... used to be 30, but the waddle slowed me down)

I live 20 miles outside of town. So yea. Not in walking distance. And the babys daddy... I dont know where he is.. He doesnt want anything to do with the baby... So I cant call him to come and get me.

Its better to be safe than sorry, I think you just need to go to the ER and know that the baby is ok and you made a big deal and it wasnt't nothing, than to sit there and stress the baby out. just sit still and see if you can feel any movement at all , because at this stage the movements are going to be small.
