Questions about preeclampsia (kinda long)

Hi all! I'll start out with how I feel. Yesterday I felt fine all day. We had a BBQ and fireworks and everything went great. I went to bed around 11:30 pm. Well, around 2 amI woke up and I just didn't feel good. It went on throughout the night. I just ached all over, had a horrible headache, was nausaus, and just felt 'blah'. I also have various aches and pains, but there is one place that kept having a sharp pain. It was in my right side about mid way down, kind of at the bottom of my rib cage. So, the rest of today I've still felt 'blah'. My head eased off a bit but not completely. I'm still having pains in my side. It's not constant. Just a stab every once in a while. The baby is moving fine and his heartbeat is great. I've had slight swelling in my feet and hands, but not really bad.
Now, alot of this has my mind thinking preeclampsia. I don't know though, because yesterday I felt fine. My blood pressure is up a bit from when I started, but not at the 140/90 point. I did have preeclampsia with my son (ended up getting induced because of it) but it didn't appear until after 35 weeks. I'm just a bit confused. With everything that happened with my last pregnancy, I guess I'm just nervous. What do you ladies think? Any experiences you can share? Thanks so much!

Hmm.. pain in the right side could be your liver.. I had HELLP Syndrome (a variant of pre-eclampsia) and pre-eclampsia with my first.. HELLP would cause the liver to enlarge and eventually burst. If you had pre-eclampsia before than you have something like a 30% chance of getting it again if it was after 32 weeks. But usually the second time around it comes later than the first time.. I remember feeling very achy and nauseas/vomiting..
