I got one from BRU:

I love it and it works well for DS as he has to sleep in an inclined position due to acid reflux.

I agree. Also, they are a risk because baby can shift out of them and suffocate...

We rolled a blanket tightly and put it under her to keep her at a slight angle...and then until we got her reflux meds correct, she slept in a carseat (which I think she liked better than her pack-n-play)  !

I actually had a pillow folded almost in half under the pad in the cradle, but I liked having the lift and the curve to give him a snug hold so he wouldn't roll once we positioned him. Once he starts to really roll though, we'll likely not have him in the positioner anymore
