waiting on my results....

Its been 3 months now and still no period.  The first day of my last menstral was April 3. All hpt come back negative and i've been to the doctor twice to get a urine test done. Both came back negative. Friday I had a blood test done and wont get my results back until next week due to the holiday. Im so worried about the results because if they are negative i dont know why i havent had a cycle in 3 months.   If I am pregnant im sure that the worrying that I've developed over the past two days isnt good. Have any one been in this situation and what can i do to stop worrying until next week?

Did u lose a lot of weight? or are u really stressed out? those could be reasons for missed periods

hmm i wouldn't worry.i was a virgin and skipped my period for four months. i was covinced i was the virgin mary

I've had years where I skipped a few months and years where I got 6 full periods in 10 weeks. I was sure I couldn't get pregnant with how weird they are, since we never found a cause. Whoops haha. Good luck with the test results

i havent loss any weight actually everyone keeps asking me if i am pregnant because i look like i am. And I havent been stressed.

i've lactated once and its really hard for me to fall asleep some nights because ihave to find a comfortable position for my stomach. I have no pregnancy symptoms that i am aware of. I normally have a very normal menstral and this is very unusual for me.

my mother didnt find out she was preggers tl she was almost 5 months.
all her tests came back negative and then she finally had her blood tests and they came back positive. i dont get why the pregnancy tests wouldnt show up? but it does happen apparently

well have you recently got off of birth control when i got off of the patch it jacked my hormones up and i didnt get a period for four months cause if you wore as far along as u think the urine test would be positive hope that helps

Possibility of pregnancy... Sometimes hormones levels just aren't high enough for whatever reason. Happened to my sis, she didn't know til like three months preggo.

i've never been on birth control. My aunt works at a clinic in the womens center and she said that if the urine test keep saying negative i may not have enough of the pregnancy hormone. My friend didnt find out she was pregnant until 5 months. All of her urine test said negative as well.

you can miss ur period for a number of reasons.
but if u ARE pregnant then u'd probably be around 11 weeks or less going by the 1st day of ur last period. and concevied around April 17? if that sounds right. i would see if ur dr. can give u an U/S to make sure its not a terminal pregnancy or anything like that. cuz sometime u wont test positive with them. good luck and keep us updated when u find something out!

You need to get a blood test done..it's really the only reliable way to know for sure besides an U/S.

I had the blood test done yesterday but i won't find out the results until next week due to the holiday.

I don't know how much this helps but my sister has been pregnant twice and apparently her body doesn't produce enough of the pregnancy hormone, so her urine tests never showed a positive, the only way she knew was through a blood test.
