stomache bug?

ok i've had this stomache ache for the last two weeks. is there something going around? i'm not throwing up but i'm pretty naueated and the cramping is horrid. i can def. say i'm not constipated like most pregnant woman.that's the nice way of saying it.lol anyone know what it could be? the ob said i have to have to go to my primary dr but i moved outta the city and i can't get to the city now and don't have one here.

alot of women get morning sickness back in the last 3 months of pregnancy. Could it be that?

It could be the stomach bug. My 3kids and my husband just had the stomach bug last Monday! So maybe. Hope you get feeling better.
