If I remember correctly, I think Newborn goes up to 10 lbs, and size 1 is 8 lbs to 14 lbs.. so, yea you really don't need NB size for long (unless you're me haha)..

I thought i was the only one freaking out!
I don't want to work 40 hours a week, because i want to spend time with my baby, but then i think "how the hell am i going to afford everything?"
I've been so stressed about that the past few weeks, and i've broke down in tears a few times. And i feel exactly how you do about my parents. I don't want to put my child on them just because i got pregnant young. I'm so scared. You're not alone.

You don't need shoes for a baby until they are walking. They're cute to put on them, but not necessary, and they say it's better for them to learn to walk barefoot than with shoes anyway. So you've got time for the shoes!

Yeah, he's working 40 hours a week, sometimes more and he has a pretty good paying job, so i'm not too worried about it at this point, but i still need at least a part time job, you know? Are you planning on getting child support from BD?

Yeah lol, I'm sure I could get by with these cute little socks that look like shoes haha but I just have no idea how to judge size when it comes to baby shoes..way OT but yeah always struggled. I even worked at Gymboree a year or so ago and people would ask me what size to get their child or nephew or whatever and I'd be like AHH uhh are they here? Try them on haha

And ugh I will try to get child support but it will probably take a longggg time seeing as he's not cooperative at all

I dont know if this is true or not but I know some states are passing laws that if your boyfriend is underage like yourself then the parents are responsible for the child support. Not sure though but its woth checking out.

Definitely not in high school lol lets just say...he lived in Hawaii with his mom then decided to move back to Vista (where he grew up till like 7th grade) to become a "pro skater" and so he moved back from HI to CA like..almost 2 years ago and never went back to high school..he should've graduated this year (200  but he's a drop out and sells weed..mom still lives in HI, dad kicked him out as soon as Ethan turned 18 so I really don't even know where he's living now and I never met his parents..we were only dating for 3 or 4 months.

babies are cheap
diapers and formula til 2 months is the cheap part
as they get bigger
diapers for them get bigger
bigger sizes cost more for less diapers
formula- they eat more. thats fucking expensive

i spend about $80 a month in diapers and $150 in formula

baby food IS NOT CHEAP. $1.50 a jar
she east 2-3 jars a day
i peobably spend about $20 a week on baby food
bottle liners $10 a week
oragel and tylonol- holy shit thats some of the most expensive stuff ever. thats a huge chunk of money alone
clothes. even though you might have alot or get alot of baby clothes they grow FAST
they get stains
and then you gotta buy new ones

I spend about $300-$400 a month on kristen at 8 months
and when she was a baby it wasnt that much maybe $200 a month.

you picked a winner though. child support baby

if he doesnt pay then one day file for back child support.and fight til you get your money
they CAN in some states force him to geta job to pay child support
kids are expensive and your right your parents shouldnt have to pay for anything

Yeah thanks! I'm getting WIC and they help out sooo much for formula and food so I'm happy about that. I know I can do it and everything will work out accordingly &luckily I have a credit card happy gma who is so happy to finally have a baby boy coming (only one since my little brother who's 14) &her first "great-grand___" so I'm okay with clothes..and hopefully at my shower I'll get the necessities (sp??) but thanks again for the breakdown!!!

Yeah thank you...NOW he's even denying this baby is his cause I "shouldn't have to bring him down" HA hahah what a loser, I could really care less. I'm just going to go down to the courthouse like my next day off and get a social worker and all this stuff figured out...I think once I actually talk to someone that could do something about finding him and getting the support once the baby is born I will be a little more relaxed
