Checking up on my October Mommies 2 be

Hey ladies. Just checking up on all my october mommas. Korben is kicking like a champ and man I am rocking some wicked wicked wicked heartburn today. Other than heartburn life is awesome.... well other than heartburn and the realization that I am broke and really really need a babyshower so i can get my baby stuff lol.

I just read your post. I think we all feel wicked nervous right about now... Micah is getting mad at me for watching TLC baby story so much because its making me freak out.
More than the pain of labor and delivery- I'm worried about money and not being able to afford anything for the baby when he gets here. I dont want to work right after Korben is born but i dont think I'm going to have a choice.

Wow, you dont get maternity leave benefits? I am grateful for my job, I get 12 weeks paid maternity leave... but it's more a short term disability benefit. You arent allowed to apply for short term disability?

HI Girls! Ella is also kicking up a strorm and I feel like I have morning sickness again! As for being nervous and having bad dreams I am so there! I have been having dreams about going to the bathroom in the middle of the night and her leg or arm falls out of me. I also have had nightmares where I couldn't walk ever again after the getting and epi. I think it is all normal these dreams but stressing is SO bad for your baby so I am just trying to chill and enjoy each moment and love kick

I was laid off from my job. I havent been to work since April. After I had all the complications my boss stopped scheduling me. NY state doesnt protect pregnant women in the workplace unless they are considered full time (40 hr work week). So me being a waitress and only working like 15 hrs a week since I was in college full time, i got fucked over hardcore.

So now Micah is the only one supporting us. We had to move in with my parents in order to save money... and its hard. Like real hard.   i have collection agencies that call me non stop trying to get money but meanwhile I literally have 9 dollars in my checking account...

::breathe:: it'll all work out.

I'm so friggin ready tohave this kid already!!! It feels like I've been preggo forever!! 2 kids in 2 years with a 6 month vacation in between pregnancies...I need a vacation!!! I kinda wish the 10th were tomorrow but....

I'm actually nervous about the c-section because the epidural process last time went horrible wrong, about being able to take care of a 15 month old and a newborn at the same time, about my dear fiance starting a second job that means he'll be working 9 to 5 7 days a week now, and whether or not I'll get to show her the same attention I got to show my son.

I am the queen of the bad dream. I keep dreaming that my baby turns into a kitten... hows that for friggin weird? lol

I don't know how you feel about it but your best bet would be to see what kind of public aid you qualify for just until you get back on your feet. I'm on WIC myself and trust me those few buck saed on things like milk, eggs, and formula really add up BIG TIME!!!

This is my best pregnancy yet, and really trying to savor it-it's my last!  But I finally broke down and got a script for heartburn meds(my friend ranitidine) and this kid kicks the least out of all my kids-probably because I never get to sit down.The third is still just as exciting as the first.

Wow sorry mama! NY state sucks! But I guess that's the same way down here I have no idea. Hey don't feel bad, I do work full time and I still have collection agencies calling me! But that's only because of my psycho stalker ex boyfriend, who I was dumb enough to open a credit card for in my name, and he promised he would pay it off after I left his ass, and he never did. It was originally about $1800... now it's up to like $3,000. And I'm going to have no choice but to pay it myself. Or I can just let it get up to the 7 year mark and will get off my credit report by itself. But that won't be for another 5 years or so!

Its really hard to get aid in NY... especially with us living at my parents now rent-free. Because of the amount my dad makes technically we make too much for aid... which is crap since just because my dad makes the money doesnt mean that I'm seeing it. ya know? Eh I cant complain- my parents are amazing to us. They let us live here rent free- utility free- and never ask usfor anything. In that case we are wicked blessed.

omg shut up my ex did the same to me! I was a dumb fuck who took out a credit card and let him use it as he wanted. Its now up to 3800 dollars!!! And i'm screweeeeed. Ughh. Biggest mistake ever. And he never ever pays the bill now.

7 year mark?? What do you mean by that? What happens after 7 years to credit card debit??

After 7 years ur in clear. They take it off of your credit report, it's the law.
