i have an idea ! why not show their faces and the parents faces and let the public have them , there is nothing like a bit of public shame to bring them back into line . These people are way to often protected , unlike that poor little baby . 
how can a person hear that poor baby cry in pain and not help it ? i don't understand ppl at all, it's a sad world we live in when hurting infants is entertainment

Yeh it is sick but in a way I am glad they were dumb enough to put it on the web...otherwise no one would ever know and who's to say how far this would go!!! He needs his balls cut off so he can't have any kids himslef...my 2 year old is smart enough to not do that to a baby....UGH
