Medicine for a cold?

I've got a pretty bad cold and I was wondering what's healthy to take? I'm 15 weeks and some day and I was told tylenol but I just want to be sure. I would call my doctor but this usually results in waiting on the phone for hours and them saying he will call me back and him never doing so then me being healed by my next appt.

Theraflu is alright although it sucks, and the Tylenol medicines are okay. I had a bad chest cold, and they told me to take some of the Tussin with expectorant...i wish i could find my medicine paper...

Meh, I'm going to try SOMETHING. I have a terribly sore throat... and tea with honey and lemon juice doesn't cut it. I'm also congested and I have aches -_-

the tylenol meds are good for the aches and stuff...I think they have tylenol cold too. It should help relieve most of that. I'm rarely ever sick so I've forgotten most of what the meds were. But I do know they sauid the tylenols were safe. Even tylenol pm if you have problems sleeping and pains at nite etc. although obviously not every nite.
