Rude PEOPLE!(vent...long)

OK im not sure where i was gonna post this but sorry if its in the wrong forum! So i work for my dad as a secretary i do all the paper work and stuff like that well my grandpa is the service guy (he fixes things) well some Russian guy came in complaining about his shampooer not working properly...so my grandpa told him to leave it and my grandpa would look at it and figure out what was wrong with it (my grandpa is 71 years old and has been working with the same product for 15 years and no one has ever had any problems with the work) so my grandpa figured out that he was turning the nobs and the shampoo tank too far which was causing it not to lay foam right...he told the guy that when he picked up his shampooer...well i just got a phone call from the guys wife....she was like i need to speak to the manager or the owner...i told he wasnt in right now and shes like well i need to complain about something so i told her she could tell me the complaint and i would let the owner know and have him call her back on monday...shes like no ill call back on monday but she started to tell me about her complaint!! well she called my grandpa some dumb old man and she said he didnt have any customer service skills and just beating down on my grandpa and is made me so i mad and she was so i rude!!! grrr sorry i just had to get it off my chest....i told the lady that the DUMB OLD MAN she was talking about was my grandfather and she was like o well were never coming to your store again and im telling everyone not to too i was like good dont then....if my dad (the owner) was here she would've had got an earful!!! dont you think that was really rude for her to say that?

People out here just love to bitch because they know it will get them free stuff. Where in AZ is the shop?

Tucson...but there not from here there from Russia cause when the guy first came in he was telling me about his place in Russia!!! He was nice when he dropped it off but his wife was a total BITCH!!!

I was going to offer to use the shop if we ever needed the services you provide but I can't afford gas down there from Mesa haha. Ignore that crazy lady, she needs some manners. She could have just discussed any problems with your dad or grandpa like an adult.

Yeah she has kids cause they were screaming in the background and no joke she would probably been crying if she discussed it with my dad cause he has a short temper and someone calling his dad dumb and uneducated would've put him over the edge!
