Is it so bad? *vent*

is it so bad for me to want u to hold ur own daughter?!?!? yesterday my man came home from work ok good but when it became night time i was eating and he wasnt so i asked him to get alaina because she was becoming fussy in her walker so he got up from the couch threw his blanket off and acting like it was such a fucking burden to get his own daughter so that kinda really pissed me off and then he comes to me asking what do i do what do i do blah blah see shes been with me and only me , my aunt and sister for the past 3 months so i can understand that hes all new to taking care of a baby but ive been trying to teach him but its like trying to teach a piece of fucking wood how to change a diaper (well atleast he got that part down ) but its like the only time he wants to hold her is infront of his friends to show her off and when we get right back home he hands her off to me its like come on i need help to sometimes and sometimes a lil break! which he wouldnt understand because the past 3 months he was able to go out and have a good time and all with his friends and all its like hello can i go out with some friends for atleast and hour or 2?! i understand that he works and he must be tired when he comes home but im also tired to and he doesnt fucking get that! and last night i couldnt sleep so i stayed up a lil while longer and i slept oin the couch so i wouldnt wake him up (nice of me right) well this morning it seemed like he was pissed at me for that i dont know if im getting mood swings cuz my period is supposed to be due and its coming a lil late or something but god im just in a pissy mood

you already know where I stand with him... he should be worshipping the ground you walk on...

im so sorry hun. guys really suck. he should be over this new baby crap, shes not that new anymore. he needs to step up to the responisiblity he SHARED in the making of.

taking care of a baby IS work. i hate how they only hold them in front of people like theyre super dad or some shit but when they get home they just hand them back

I hate when men don't understand that a baby is a lot of work.
I understand they go to work and all that but they don't seem to notice that they work 8 hours or so and we work 24/7.

My ex was the same way. ugh. all he wanted to do was show off my daughter making everyone think he was some great dad but after that she went right back to me 

omg.. thats how i felt. i put him in his place really quick. my hubby works like 9-12 hours a day so yeah i get it. when he comes home from work he is a tired. but i get up at 6:30am (sunday- thursday).. no matter what time i go to bed. because him hearing his alarm clock.. a bomb can go off and he'll sleep right thru it. and then i gotta feed her when he leaves. and then i gotta clean the house since people like to make messes and not clean. so then im up all day long so once in a while i would like to take a shower or a nap when someone comes home instead of waiting till everyone goes to sleep to take a shower (even though it is kinda nice sometime ). im not going to lie he is a great father to jade but when he gets bored of holding her or when she gets fussy he gives her back to me. its like hello.. how are you gonna know whats wrong if you dont hold her when she is fussy or crying? so i told him. she knows me as mommy and daddy not you. he got a little hurt by it so now he always around her.

sometimes you gotta hurt their feelings to get them to understand where you are coming from

awhh, i feel so sorry for you!.. I don't know how you "feel" though because my baby's dad is totally in love with our son! He does EVERYTHING for him, its awesome!..., I have friends who's kids dads are just like whatever, and I see how stressed out they can be. But you have a right to be mad...maybe just give him shit or something for not stepping up to the plate. I would if I were in your shoes!..
