I do think it's important (at least for myself) to look respectable. Not necessarily look one certain way. But not to be looking like a hooker, or look like you just rolled out of bed lol etc.

I don't like preppy guys, who girls call "hot". I think they are full of them selves and are not cute. A man should not take longer to get ready than me.

My favorite part of the body is someones eyes and smile. The eyes are the passage to your soul. You can not lie thru your eyes, they always tell the truth.

I do not judge a person by their looks. I think what makes a person beautiful is their soul. I am attracted to a beautiful inside. But there are things on the outside I like too.

I tend to like big guys, not fat. Just tall and intimidating, but not buff. I like a man that will protect and fight for me .I love tattooes. I do not like a push over. My man has to be able to hold his ground.

Pull down my about me, he is perfect to me. He is my ideal type.

I really don't care about my friends being attractive. As long as they have good personalities.
To be with a guy though, I have to think he is good looking. I actually think that a person's personality makes he/she better looking. I've been with really attractive guys that were assholes, so I didn't find them attractive anymore and then visa versa.
One thing for me though, I am a sucker for blue eyes. If a guy has blue eyes, I'm hooked.

I don't really carry any criteria around about the people I could be friends with. I think it is silly to judge people based on looks alone. I know I am no Ms. America or anything and never will be. Just because I don't have time to doll myself up every day or shower every day even doesn't mean I am less of a person than someone that does spend a few hours per day on getting themselves all purdy. I don't get my nails and toes done and I don't even have time to paint them anymore these days. Does that devalue me as a human? Because I prefer to spend my spare time taking care of what is most important rather than superficial?

Obviously there are things that should not be ignored (basic human hygene, duh!) and I don't ignore the basics... but when it comes to make up, jewelry, super nice clothes (most often I am in jeans and a t-shirt) I just don't have the time or moneyto bother.

Hell, I even venture out to the stores with bed head and pajamas! People do judge me, I am sure. Whatever they think, I don't care.

I also don't care what a persons teeth look like. I know people that have awful teeth but cannot help it. Either it was something they have always had a problem with and can't afford to fix or their own stupidity in not taking care of them, but it won't make me rule them out just because of it.

Now asfor people I would or would not be in a romantic relationship with, I guess I couldn't expect any more from them than what I put forth myself. I couldn't expect the person so constantly worry about appearance when I myself have hardly any time to get my hurr did, put makeup on, etc.

How do you determine how much respect someone has for themself just by looking at them?

Depends. I think if someone is walking around showing off all the goodies it comes off as no respect to me. If someone shows up to an important event in their pj's it seems like they have to respect for themselves or whoever the event is for/hosted by whatever.

In everyday life I couldn't care less if someone wears jeans and a tshirt. I do that everyday lol. I even go to the grocery store in my pj's, I don't see harm in that haha.
