I used to have normal periods, I didnt get all crazy and mad until I miscarried, now every time I rag all I think about is the baby. x_x

But he is a complete fucking jackass.

i know im alil late, but for my first appt, i was like 12 1/2 weeks they couldnt find the heartbeat on the doppler either, they said it could of been many diff reasons, so she let me get up n walk around for alil bit n then tried again a lil later n finally found it still pretty low...( when i went into the appt i was thinking i was like 14 1/2 weeks cuz thats wut the clinic predicted) so it turned out she was jus looking a lil to high, after they did the u/s they realized i was at 12.5 instead of 14.5....

but dont worry, u will be fine n so is ur lil miracle baby..

I'm guessing he only did the doppler on you? If so, the last 2 visits I had they couldn't find the HB on my baby but at my last appt. there it was loud and clear. When using the dopplers it can be really hard to find the HB because you can get so much static and then add a moving baby and if you have other issues like the tilted uterus or if you are considered over weight only makes it that much harder to hear/find. See how your next visit goes and it you get to concerned before that, go to the ER and ask them to do an US on you.

aww..I didn't hear my baby's heartbeat for the first time until 14weeks.

Sometimes they dont find it until later..and since u have a tilted uterus that could be the cause! Try not to worry too much. You can go to BabyBeat.com and rent a doppler and take as long as u need in trying to find it...I rented the cheapest one for $24 a month. I think they are giving free shipping right now too! Good luck. I'll pray for you  

Same thing happened to me at almost 15 weeks! No heartbeat could be heard on the doppler, and of course I was freaking. I have a tilted uterus as well, and the next week, I could see the little bean's heart beathing strong. The body works in funny ways, My fingers wil be crossed for you!

I hope everything is okay. I had an ultrasound the same time you did and my doc couldn't find the heartbeat so I of course started balling. They never told me that it was common not to find the heartbeat that early so I didn't know I was overreacting then. But really it's not overreacting if you're freaked, it's your baby and you want everything to always be okay. I got an ultrasound the same day though and everything was fine. I bet you can't wait for that ultrasound, I remember how upset I was for just the 30 minutes I had to wait for the ultrasound, it must be awful having to wait as long as you do to see if everything is okay. Everything probably is okay but I'm sure you won't be assured by me or others until YOU finally hear your baby's heartbeat. Good luck!
