Let's look at it this way, this is a FREE country therefore everyone has the right to do basically whatever the hell they please (legally) until they are infringing on someone else's rights. Therefore, no someone cannot come in and kill your family because "he was doing what he wanted with his own body".

With that said, this was literally the WORST comparison I have ever seen in my life.
