Mom Groups

I was wondering if any of you are in a mom group, and what your experiences are with it... Thanks!

I'm not, but I'm lucky enough to have friends with kids. Actually my best friend I met in lamaze class!

we use to meet once a week
it was great
i met some great ladies and even though the group has finished a couple of us still meet up once or twice a fortnight
we meet at someones house once a fortnight and then we might all go shopping once a week

Yeah, I saw that she was ten months and was like   Whaaaat?! No way! lol

I would have pegged her for 15-18. She's beautiful though.

I am!!
I loved it......well the group I am seemed to get smaller lol.

but it is totally worth getting out of the house for!

I am, I found it on meetup.com.Robbie loves hanging out with the other kids. The group does all kinds of things we go to the park at least once a week, to zoos sprinklers all sorts of stuff. My only problem with them is that I am the youngest by a lot (and I have the oldest baby lol) so sometimes its a little awkward for me.

We are also apart of one in meetup.com and I absolutely love it. I have been taking Jayan since he was 8 weeks old and these women have became very good friends of mine and the kids in the group are awesome. We go to parks, gyms, restaurants and we even do moms night out and couples nights out without the kids. So not only has it been great for me and Jayan but my whole family has gotten close to other families. I definately say join one!
