7 week PP

So I am down to 16-18 lbs to lose.... depending on when I weigh myself. At 7 weeks PP, I am happy with that especially since I gained 48 total with my pregnancy and I am no spring chicken... lol... (am 37)... also with my first pregnancy it took me 4 months to get to this point. It seems like I gained a lot in my legs... Aside from cardio... does anyone have any suggestions to lose it faster there? (My 20 year H.S. reunion is at the end of July...) I guess I shouldn't have eaten so much ice cream and cookies... lol... they were good, though..

I don't have any suggestions...just wanted to tell you that you look really good! Wish I looked that great...even after having lost all of my baby weight plus some

drink water and eat smaller meals throughout the day rather than 3 big ones! keeps your metabolism up!

Thank you... I appreciate that... I am really hard core... just meaning that when I make up my mind to do something, I go at it full speed... I just need to lose some leg weight...!! my stomach is a little loose, but I can hide that with a gurdle.. lol...

I completely understand. I'm the same way...I want immediate results   Do you belong to a YMCA or gym? Maybe you could talk to someone about toning exercises that would help speed things along...or at least make the most of what you have.

No, neither... I just do a lot of cardio, mostly walking so I can carry my baby in a baby bjorn...
