I loved the bottle warmer I had with my son and it was universal and fit all bottles. I have the Day/Night Bottle warmer this time and I am sure I'll love that as well. I have a small fridge in my daughters nursery so I don;t have to go downstairs to warm up bottles. And it fits every bottle type and even jars of baby food.

Not sure about the sterilizers. Never had one but I am considering getting one now..not sure though. With my son, I just went old school...I washed them out and then boiled them in a huge pot of hot water on the stove.

They say to never heat up bottles in the microwave, but I did. I usually just did it enough to knock out the chill & then shook it up really well. Never used a bottle warmer though. I found it easier to just mix formula as I needed it. With BF, I would just thaw it out in hot water though. i also never used a sterilizer. Too much bother for me. I preferred to just boil them & to 2nd wash then in the dishwasher.

If you freeze your milk for storage, you just thaw it in hot water. I used an oversized coffee cup. I rarely gave my 2nd a bottle. You can heat BM in warm water if it is cold, but you shouldn't microwave it. It destroys the antibodies.

Yep, if you are just using breastmilk, no need for a warmer. i used to store bm in the plastic Medela bags & when I needed some, I'd just drop the entire bag in a cup of hot water. Same with a bottle. The oversized coffee cup really works the best. You can just drop the bag or bottle in it, with hot tap water. I'd just run the water until it was hot, fill up the cup & drop it in.
