Quoting MommySteffy:“ tomorrow is 2 weeks pp for me and i'm 5 lbs above my prepregnancy weight - im breastfeeding so i havent been dieting or exercising yet. how far pp should i be before i start working out??”I would wait til 6 week PP or when your doc ok's you for anything hardcore. Walking should be fine now. I take the baby in the mornings for walks and it is been good for the both of us. She loves it and it makes her sleep well.
