Being so judgemental must be so wonderful. It must be nice to thinkwoman deserve to die for wanting control of their own bodies. So lovely.

I personally think women are smart enough to make decisions about their bodies on their own instead of having you make those decisions for them.

Anyone who thinks making abortions illegal will make them go away is sadly mistaken.

N if they wanted to take control of their body in the first place they shouldnt have opened their legs without protection... UNPROTECTED SEX MAY CAUSE PREGNANCY.. EVERYONE KNOWS THAT.. so if they didnt want a child they shouldnt have taken the chance.. since they made the choice to do so they should have to suck it up n deal with it.. n if they cant they could easily give it up for ADOPTION there are SSSSSOOOOO many women out there that WANT kids and CANT have them for someone who can n decideds to kill it because she aint ready... thats BS-- and its my OPINION!!

You really should have to apply to be apart of Debate and discuss. I think we would be able to have more intelligent conversations if that was the case.

What about the man that chose to stick his penis in her? What are HIS consequences? Why should the woman be forced to carry otu a pregnancy and deal with the emotional toal of adoption or the hardships of raising a child? That is why making abortion illegal is incredibly sexist. The woman has to take all the consequences and the men get off scott free.

Plus, not everyone thinks abortion is killing a child, FYI. I dont. I dont think a 4 week old fetus is a living thing, and a lot of people feel that way.

Secondly, what about the people who ARE using BC/Condoms and get pregnant? They were doing everything they were supposed to and I would rather them get an abortion than bring another poverty stricken child into this world.

And what about medically necessary ones? Or the women and children who were raped and ended up pregnant?

Anyways, to the OP there's obviously a correlation. Bad economy=poorer people=not being able to support a family. Obviously not in all cases, but that is why a lot are chosing to abort, like the article said.

I said, what about people who ARE using BC/Condoms and end up pregnant?

What about the women who were raped? What about the medically necessary cases.

And, about adoption there are already TONS and TONS of children in the foster care system waiting for a family to be adopted into. There aren't enough adopting families in the world as it is, we don't need to add more children to the mix. And the point is, as much as you don't like abortion they still have the choice as whether or not they want to abort. It's legal.
