How long did it take you to get it back?

A little over a month, but mine was almost completly dried up. Lots of pumping and nursing. I pumped every 2 hours even through the night.

What do you mean get it back!? Did you stop BFing?

yeah, I only breastfed for 2 weeks.

I am taking Fenugreek as much as I can. 3 capsules every 3-4 hrs. I'm also trying to get Caleb to nurse/suck, but he's only latched on once. I'm pumping when he doesn't. I'm thinking about getting Mother's Milk Tea as well.

I've only been doing this for 5 days now, but I really hope this works.

Be careful with Fenugreek, it can dehydrate you and dry you out which is what it did to me. Drink lots of water. Drink a beer, it helps. That tea is NASTY lol so I cant tell ya if it works, and just try to put him on the breast as much as possible. My supply is sitting right at what she needs. I want a little more to store up and Ive been working on it so let me know how it goes!

I love Mother's Milk Tea! It's so good but I'm a tea drinker so IDK. But it really works when I feel like I don't have enough I drink a cup or two and the next day I have tons of milk. But the secret is the length of time you brew the tea. The longer you brew it the more potent it is. I brewedit for 20 minutes. And you're not supposed to take the tea and the fenugreek pills together b/c the tea already had fenugreek and overdoing it can be bad for you.

I was wondering this too! I wanted to start bfing again! i figured i couldn't thougH! i had such a wonderful supply but my son wouldn't latch and now he wants booby juice lol! there is a way!? I only BF for 2 weeks too! Now I am almost 5 months PP!

I did after 2 and a half months of not nursing. Talk to a lactation consultant cause i know it's possible. Some moms who have adopted do it.

yes I've heard you can so I am trying. This is the 5th day but so far nothing. My husband said my boobs have gotten slightly bigger though.

I'll try to drink more water. I've noticed that when I pee it smells like the pills lol. And he's only latched on twice. Tonight he did but only for like a few seconds on my left boob. He just doesn't like laying inthe position I think. I can't remember the name of the position. The basic one for beginners lol

can you try just latching the baby on and pulling out the supply that way!? or do you need outside methods (pills, tea, etc.)??

Try the football hold. My son likes that one cause he can look at me better. If you take alot of fenugreek you will start smelling like maple syrup haha. I don't know why, but you do.
