Has anyone done Slim in 6?

Im thinking about buying it and wondering if any of you have done it and if you saw results.. or if it was too hard to keep up on or what.

I burned a copy of a friend from work's. It didn't work for me simply b/c I am lazy and didn't do all of the exercises, but The workout is a really good workout! And I think that if you were dedicated that this would absolutely work. Next summer I am definitely going to give it another shot, only this time not half ass it.

i just stole this off the internet and i started it on monday. im still doing the START IT UP! only becuase it says "you must master this before moving on to the other workouts". no results yet cause its only been a week and i dont have a scle. anywho we should be slim in 6 buddies. lol

oh yeah im really outa shape so im gonna be doing another week. it's good i like it. i was sore the first time i did it. it's better then jillians 30 day shred i think.

I did the diet and did the work out video like once a week and I lost 40 in 3 1/2 months. I ate a ton of vegs and fruit, and small portions. I did about 900 calories a day.

omgosh. can a person LIVE on 900 cals a day?? i would probably be fainting. Theres no way i would have enough energy to work out! but wow. really, i do not have the self discipline to cut out that many calories. i love food too much!

Hey, I know this was posted a long time ago, but I just wanted to tell you that before I joined my gym, I ordered slim in 6. I stuck with it for a few weeks, but not 6! Also, be careful if you order on the phone........ they totally tried to rip me off and charge more than they were supposed to!!!! I love the abs workouts on there.

I ate mostly cheese, fruits and vegs. If I don't eat I will pass out, or get real shaky, but I did really good doing 900 cals. But I don't think everyone should do it. It's something I should think about getting back on because I've gained all the weight back.  I have poor eating habits now.

Well, I only do it every once in a while now (I'm very strange and feel the need to have a membership at the gym so I'm more dedicated....   but hey.. whatever works right?! lol), but I really liked it before I joined the gym. Debbie Seibers gets annoying though! I like it because it's short and quick (except phase 3 which is an hour and pretty hard), but I do get tired of doing all the lunges and squats. I really like the resistance bands though.

I hated the lunges, I dreaded them! And I muted her after awhile, she is too bubbly!

how long of workouts are phase 1 and 2?

i dont know if i could stick with it for 6 weeks either. something about doing the same workout everyday.. dont think i could do it!

workout 1 is pretty short... 30 min. maybe? workout 2 (which is my fav.) is something like 48 minutes or so, but includes some yoga and stretching at the end which i never do (i stretch on my own while they're doing yoga poses on tv, ha ha), so about 40 minutes and you're done!
