ahh love sucks

im in a hard place, i know i need to leave my bf but i cant, i dotn want to lose my son, i haev no where to go other then my mums and that is across the other side of australia, my bf will come after me and take my son away an bring him back here, i know he would and he has said it to me many times, his mum thinks she will get custody over me, she keeps telling me to go on anti depressants (she thinks i have post natel depression bcause i want to go to my musm for 2 weeks). and i know that legally i cant take my son out of the state with out his father knowing....i jsut wish it was soo much easier to get away fromt his, imnot even sure if i love him anymore and i want to leave so i can have my life back instead of his mother controlling it liek ti was her own, she thinks it would be best if i was to go on a weeke nd away with mcihael and leave Kaidyn with her, no she is an alcholic who thinks she knows everything and she doesnt listen to me when it comes to my son,a dn she will just eff up my routine i have going with him.

actully because you are the childs mother you'll most likly get custody unless they can prove that you are harmful to the baby's well being. I'd sugest fighting this is court because if you're misrable immagin what it's going to be like growing up with a mommy who does'nt love your dad and being around a grandmother who's an idiot. i know im more likely to get it, its just the fact that i also may not get it, grandparents cant actually fight for the custody of their grandchild only the biological parents can from what ive been told, its just with everythign tahst happened these past few weeks everythign is gonna look really sus, so that makes it even harder

i don't know about living there...but i do know that in most places there are people that can help you...if you feel you need to leave than you need to find someone where you live that can help you....and your baby!

Full Custody would be yours for sure
especially if Michael is threatening you as he may hurt kaidyn.
She wouldnt get custody because you are not an unfit mother!!!

the only thing if he gets visitation days for kaidyn then if you moved to QLD then you would have to pay for the travel etc  

My partner has been through custody battles with his ex and she spun some REALLY bad shit but the judge seen through it and awarded my partner 12 days a fortnight, but because he wants his daughter to know her mum he said she could have her 4 days a fortnight instead of 2

since you have a low income maybe if you can keep it quiet and without your MIL or SO finding out go and visit a legal aid lawyer and ask questions about what you can do and what would be considered the best moves for your best interest with kaidyn
