I just went on a 3 mile walk with my son and my dogs and im drenched in sweat and my feet hurt....but you know what?

Walking is great mama. Thats what I do with the dog and boys. I have to start it up again.

Congrats on the workout! I need/want to exercise to keep my weight gain healthy since I'm still preggo but I'm on bed rest so no walking

eeww eeww eeeww i just had that happen well kinda i wnet ouside to talk to the couple who is going to do my yard work tomarrow and she was like well u might want to kick really fast that HUGE SPIDER aaaahhggg god ive never seen a pregnant woman run that fast !!!but i realized my feet are like REALLY swallen. I lvoe how Ft.Campbell got really good walk traces and playgrounds its easy for us to go out and just walk around .

everywhere around here is a dirt road...i almost ran into a moose...it was hiding in the trees next to the trail i was walking on..i almost shit my pants...id rather not get trampled by a moose...not to mention there are grizzlies out here
