oh wow, thats awesome. our town usually has a parade, and then in the big park by the lake theres a bunch of kiosks and kiddie things (like face painting) and then in the evening fireworks!! lol although the fireworks always SUCKED-they could never do them properly for some reason

i ssume you used to live in canada, what part?

ya one of the bigger shows i went to, ashbridges bay.. there were a million people and the fireworks only lasted 10 mins

ya i lived in southern BC in a smallish (like 35K people) called Penticton. i looooove it there, and missit dearly.

LOL a MILLION people and a 10 minute show, omg thats horrible!!!! at least ours were 25min long, but usually they would set like 1off every 5 minutes. lol

Happy Birthday Canada! We're having a BBQ, debating whether or not to go see the fireworks tonight. I don't wanna scare my baby lol
