I just talked to Vik via text. Its 8:30 her time and she is hooked up to her IVs and the Dr is coming soon to give her the cerv.Hope she opens up ladies, haha, so she won't have to have a c-section. She is going for natural so lets hope its fast and as painless as possible. =)

Well, I just saw the doctor.
I don't have an IV yet, im just hooked up to the heart rate and contraction monitors.
He checked me and im a fingertip dilated and 80% effaced so they aren't going to give me cervidil, they are going to start me on a pitocin drip.
If after 4-6 hours I dont progress at all he will give me the option of a csection, or to wait and start it all over again tomorrow.

aw yay well atleast you are completely closed.. my dr always told me that thinning out was the most important.. once you are thinned out you can start to dialate more.. or something along those lines i dont remember lol...
