Question on contractions

Sounds to me like you're going to be having baby fairly soon. The contractions you're feeling are helping your body get ready for that big day, like losing your plug.

I could be wrong, but I don't think you're going to make it anywhere close to your 'due date'. Keep us posted!

I've been feeling the same for the past to weeks with the same symptoms and all. I know the feeling of waiting for the pain to get more intense and then it just goes away   Hang in there my friend! We are almost there!!!

I will..I had my other 2 childern at 37 weeks. But this time my contractions have been very differnt..

With your past two pregnancy's how long after you lost your plug did you go into labor?

With my first one had her the next day and with my 2nd one I never lost it until my water broke.

Well last night I was having them again every 3 minutes and they were really painful so I decided to go to the hospital cause I thought it was the real deal..They sent me home cause my cervix wasn't changing. They have eased up today though. I just wish they would come and stay....I am tieard of these false alarms...

I lost my plug 2 weeks ago and nothing. Im 2-3cm dilated and 75% effaced. They did not want to induce at my 39th week appointment yesterday because they want my cervix to thin out more....they did set an induction date for july 9th if he doesnt come before then though.

Last night I timed my contractions and they were 5 minutes apart for 2 hours...then they went away....I was so ticked off! False alarms are killing me!

LMAO... They are killing me too. And these ones I had last night I thought forsure it was it cause of how they felt.

So kinda sounds like what im going through, last night my pelvic area was soooo sore that when i got up to walk it almost killed me.Now ive just woke up this morning and my contractions have started and hurt like no other contractions ive had yet,so im very nervous for today;)good luck to you all,labor dust!
