You need a General Power Of Attorney, and can do anything in his name. Is that what your trying to say?

That sucks. I thought my POA expired next month but it dont until '09 so I got lucky with that one. Them being gone is stress enough, but now you got to worry about him 'possibly' cheating and his spending,.....alot to deal with.

she talked to her husband and he says my husband doesnt have time to cheat and that hes not that type of guy
