Building a home.

*sorry for posting so much in a short time period*

How much can it typically cost?
We already have the land to build the home on, Now just to price things out.

My uncles can build home so, we'd basically be paying for just supplies for them, and we might have to level the land.

Um, depends on alot of things. How big will the house be? How many levels? How many rooms? Will it have carpet..hardwood..what type of appliances..how many bathrooms (bc of plumbing) You'd need to have plans drawn and then price items that would be needed. (Roofing, lumber, bathroom and kitchen sinks/tubs, ect)

Boo , I suck at this. It's a rather small piece of land but, It'll be good for a nice family home.

theres so much more to it than u think! my dad owns a construction business, im not sure how it is in texas but here u have to have permits, pay school fees, and everything else landy ray mentioned! u can go super custom and upgrade with all the nice stuff or just stay basic and go cheaper! but yah there's a lot to do and pay for! not as easy as it sounds!!

We are going to be building it over the years though & when it's ready , we will move in
