So my friend and her boyfriend had sex yesterday and he came in her.
She got her period today and is on birth control she was wondering if she can still get pregnant...

Is it likely, not if she was taking the pill properly. It is possible... everytime. Nothing but abstenance is 100%.

she very good at taking her pill everyday and on time...shes been on it for like 2-3 years now

When I was in school, my teacher told me that.

It is easier to get pregnant on your period than any other time.

But you know, I live in Kentucky.

I didnt know what to tell her cause i have no idea. i said maybe not idk and cause you got your period..but thats happened to me before more than once and ive never gotten pregnant so i thot she was fine

well knowing im pregnant and have like a month and a half left yeah it really is for a friend. my i didnt have to question my pregnancy i know when where and exactly how it happened.

My question is why is she so concerned after... shouldn't she have wondered this before she engaged insex with her boyfriend? There are things called condoms if she wanted to be extra careful. Sounds to me like she is hoping she is pregnant.

It doesn't matter how 'good' she is at taking her pill. If you have sex, you can get pregnant. You could be using every birth control on the planet and still fall pregnant.

She never told me that she was hoping but she does love this guy alot..and he there was a mess up in their relationship like amonth ago when he had sex with a different girl cuz she was so busy with work, school, and her traveling soccer team. And the girl lied about being pregnant just so he would stay with her. and Im wondering if she let him not wear a condom so she could have a reason for him to stay with her.

I have no idea. and shes been sexually active just as long as shes been taking the pill. But like another mom questioned im wondering if shes just hoping that she is.
