baby acne

my poor little 4 week old baby has some baby acne on his cheeks, is there anyway to prevent or get rid of this or is it something that just has to work itself out??

Don't add lotions, it will only irriate it! I would keep his face clean with a warm washcloth atleast twice a day to remove formula/booby juice and yes it's something that has to work itself out!
