Big Brother Gift Ideas !

I have a 3 year old and want to get him a big brother gift for when were at the hospital. Obviously everyones gunna be all over the new baby and my son has always been the center of attention so I want to get him something extra special. I dont want to get him a toy cause he has enough of those already, but something sentimental. I was thinking a big brother shirt but he's 3 I dont think that would mean that much to him. So if anyone can throw some ideas out it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks !

I think he would like the shirt it would make him feel important. Also a book and being a big brother.

I bought my daughter a pillow that only she can use to feed her brother, but she's 8. Maybe a special pillow with his name on it,or big brother, that he can use when he's 'holding' the new baby?

They sell being a big brother books. Babies R us may have them, Barnes and Noble, Borders. I think Mercer Mayer wrote one you know the books with that little furry family like the just me and my dad books?
