when are your pregnancy hormones...

After you miscarry when are your pregnancy syptoms suppost to stop? my boobs still hurt, and my stomach hasnt gone down yet. I still got a ponch. also, still urinating like no other.
Some one told me that your body still thinks its pregnant till you start to bleed???

Your pregnancy symptoms will continue until your hcg is gone. Then mine continued(in my head) for a couple of months. I'm sorry for your loss. You mentioned you haven't started to bleed yet, so have you miscarried the fetus, or are you still carrrying?

Sorry, to answer your question better, your hormones are usually down to zero after you completely miscarry the baby and you have been bleeding. My bleeding continued after my HCG was down to zero. I bled for about three weeks. My HCG was at 5 after about a week of bleeding. I wasn't tested after that.

no, i went in on wed. and the baby didnt have a heart beat. I havnt miscarried anything yet.

with my first micarriage in october. I didnt bleed for a month. and when i started to bleed , i bleed for three weeks and then i had to take a pill to let the baby out because it wasnt coming out.

YOu could get an infection if the baby doesn't come naturally...My m/c was natural without a D&C and it took about 2 weeks for my HCG to go below 5, I think I bled for about a week and a half...but I also bled for the week leading up to the m/c..

I'm suprised they are letting you just wait it out without any signs. I carried my baby for 6 weeks. (Development stopped at 8 and a half, 9 weeks) I didn't start spotting until after 15 weeks, but we didn't know. My symptoms were still strong. I remember grabbing my boobs all the time to make sure they still hurt(I had a friend who miscarried just before me). If I was you, I would request another pill to move things along. Sorry again you are going through this and good luck.

i m/c on june 16 i bleed for 2days. then stoped and this pasted weds.. i started bledding and havent stoped. but i was 4 weeks.. how many weeks were u? at first i have pregnancy symptoms then after a couple of days they started to go again.. check ur hormones.. if they r going down u r having a miscarriage if they keep on going up.. as to do another ultrasound. and keep checking ur hormones..

I was 8 wks 5days. They are checking my hormones levels wed. Hopefully it will give me some kind of news.
Did you know you were miscarrying because you started to bleed?

I know. This is what they did to me the last time. It tooka month to bleed and then 3 weeks to finally stop. They had to give me that pill because i was only passing huge clots and really heavy bleeding. But, my hormone levels were still way to high. Also, I want passing the baby.

yeah.. i know about that pill..i didnt need it.. i passed the baby.. and my hormones are down to 1 so everything is getting back to normal.. it will take atleast a month for ur hormones to come down to 0 or maybe more.. depends on how far along u were and ur body..

I went and had an U/S on monday and found out (while I thought I was 12 weeks along) that the baby died at 6 weeks 1 day. My boob, up to that point, hurt. My belly was growing to the point of almost needing maternity pants... I guess I was in serious denial... because as soon as I got the news, I began spotting. On Tuesday it was a little worse, and Wednesday, I woke up in severe pain where I could do nothing but sit on the toilet and do Lamaze type breathing. Now, my boobies are not full and my gut is hollow... Sucks pretty bad, but I am glad that it happened naturally and I didn't get a D&C.
