Teething....HELP!!!

So my son has started teething and he is MISERABLE!! I feel soo bad for the little guy I dont know what to do. I've tried tylenol but it only lasts for a little while and I dont want to give him too much and hes not really into teething rings at the moment. I'm getting some oragel and I was wondering how well it worked for you little one. I also ordeedr some stuff off Amazon and I wanted to get your opinions on if you've tried them and if they worked.

He only takes Soothies so that really wouldnt work for me cuz it would get water all over the place as soon as it started to melt lol.

A friend of mine gave her daughter the frozen fruit teether, and I thought it was a great idea-her daughter loved it!

My daughter doesn't have enough hand-eye coordination to hold a teething ring up to her mouth and actually keep it there for her own good. We got her the baby oragel that is cherry flavored, and she HATES it (she screams worse than before we put it in her mouth), so i'd try one of these other mommy's ideas first....
